Once your treatment is scheduled at one of our Surgipoint Surgery Centers, one of our patient advocates will help coordinate your medical information, pre-op tests or other preparations you might need before your surgery date. At Surgipoint, our patient advocates act as your “medical concierge” to support you through every step of your treatment journey. Our goal is to make the surgery experience easier.
Please reach out to Surgipoint for assistance in verifying your insurance coverage, scheduling an initial consultation and pre-op tests, coordinating appointments at our center, or anything else you might need to ensure your patient experience is a positive one.
The staff and surgery team at Surgipoint Surgery Centers are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of personalized care before, during and after your minimally invasive surgery. On the day of your procedure, the Surgipoint care team will ensure you are safe and comfortable throughout your visit with us. Our state-of-the-art facilities meet very high national standards for safety and quality, and are designed with our patients in mind.
Our specially trained surgical nurses are dedicated to supporting our board-certified surgeons, operating room specialists and you. The nursing staff will provide 1-on-1 care and support during your recovery at the Surgipoint Surgery Center until you are ready to return home. Surgipoint treatment doesn’t end when you go home. We’re committed to ensuring your recovery is fast, safe and successful.
While our minimally invasive approach means you’ll likely be discharged within hours of your surgery, your physician may want you to spend the night. If that is the case, you will rest in a private room with individualized care from our compassionate medical staff. We provide immediate, in-home postoperative care with private nurse monitoring, if necessary.
As you recover at home, we are happy to provide patient education resources to help you stay strong and healthy. If you still have questions or want access to your medical information, our Patient Portal has you covered. You may communicate with us directly, and store all necessary information using our Patient Portal.
