Even if you are already familiar with your health insurance plan, there may be recent changes or details regarding surgical treatment of which you are unaware. We recommend you go over everything with your insurance agent to verify your plan’s current coverage for your procedure and to ensure no changes have been made that will impact your out-of-pocket expenses.
